Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and must be emailed or postmarked by February 23, 2015. Requests must be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by mail to CVS/CVW Registration, c/o Experient,
5202 Presidents Court Ste 310, Frederick, MD 21703.  

  • On or prior to Monday, February 23, 2015: You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Beginning Tuesday, February 24, 2015:   50% of Registration Fee is Refunded
  • After Monday, March 16, 2015  NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED

No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after March 16, 2015.

 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the workshop/symposium, and on site. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Registration name badges are not transferable between participants on site.

 

Badges

All attendees are required to wear badges on site at all times. Badges give you access to sessions, posters, social events and official symposium meals.
